- Monday to FridayServices are generally available from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, excluding public holidays.
- SaturdayOnly services with a Saturday price shown are available, subject to worker availability and prior agreement.

Important information
- All prices are in Australian dollars.
- Prices are charged per hour unless another unit is shown.
- The prices below are the full provider prices for the listed services. Your personal contribution, if any, is determined separately under Support at Home and may be less than the full provider price.
- Standard travel, rostering, scheduling, ordinary administration and service coordination associated with delivering the service are included in the published price.
- We do not charge separate standard travel or administration fees in addition to the service price.
- Parking, tolls, kilometres outside our usual service area, consumables, materials, equipment, tradesperson invoices and other third-party costs are only charged where permitted, explained and agreed with you in advance.
- Services are delivered only where they are included in your assessed needs, support plan, care plan and agreed service agreement.
- Minimum booking periods, cancellation terms and client contribution arrangements are set out in your Support at Home Service Agreement.
- Prices are reviewed regularly. We will notify you of any agreed change to your service prices.

Assistive Technology
Assistive technology supports older people to remain safe and independent at home. It may include mobility aids, shower chairs, toileting equipment, daily-living aids and other approved equipment. Because the cost depends on the equipment and individual needs, assistive technology is quote-based. We will give you a written, itemised quote and obtain your agreement before ordering any item.

Example: If approved equipment costs $2,000, the provider administration fee is $200. The total cost is $2,200, plus any separately agreed assessment, delivery, set-up, training or follow-up costs.
Quote-based services and client agreement
For one-off, quote-based services — including assistive technology and services where the final price is not known in advance — we will:
- 1Discuss the proposed service and estimated cost with you.
- 2Provide the price or price range in writing.
- 3Confirm available funding and explain any applicable participant contribution.
- 4Obtain your agreement before ordering an item, booking a third party or commencing work.
- 5Record the agreed price and provide it on your statement.
For assistive technology, the amount charged to your funding can be no more than the invoiced cost of the item/service, prescription, wraparound services and permitted administration fees.
